Oddly enough, Masamune feels like he understands it perfectly. For all of the reason and support Masamune would have even without Yukimura, nothing about that kind of future appeals to him. The Dragon and the Phoenix should fly together, weaving light and life through the world, and through eachother.
He strokes Yukimura's hair much in the same way he might sleepily pet a cat. But Masamune's the one who might as well be purring.]
I don't know how many times I could stand to hear it before it just gets embarrassing. I'd rather wake a thousand mornings beside you, no words needed.
